Some words of wisdom, from a much better writer than I am, to carry with you this year,
"May your coming year be filled with magic and dreams and good madness. I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you're wonderful, and don't forget to make some art -- write or draw or build or sing or live as only you can. And I hope, somewhere in the next year, you surprise yourself."
Thank you for the gentle Francis grace. Not sure this will work, but here’s a public link to a photo I took a few days ago in Santa Fe (Francis is the patron saint of that oldest U.S. state capital.) It’s a picture of a statue near the central plaza, and the saint is conversing with a “Christmas” prairie dog. I think Francis would have liked prairie dogs as much as I do. https://photos.app.goo.gl/jFXFNmEo6eZZcLH67
Wise words from that 8-year-old.

Thank you, Judi.
I like the St. Francis quote. Reminds me of Thurman’s The Work of Christmas.
Ooo...yes. That’ll do, too.
