Just finished coffee, 2 biscuits and some bacon. On the front porch where Mom and I would be this time of year in the morning.

Thank you for sharing about Judy. Maybe she and Linda already met. Maybe they’re talking about us. Maybe they both made a new friend.

Got stuff to do. Things to clean and clear out. Gonna try to be productive today.

It's early this morning, after waking up and watching the entire Pope Francis funeral and then returning to a sleep with wonderful memories of CP.

This has been an interesting beginning of the weekend. A funeral Friday afternoon, a reception following with my time spent with the granddaughter holding her hand as she mourned the loss of her grandparents who raised her. She is a lost child of 90's.

Prayers for all those mourning and for all those in our families we have lost.

Thank you so much for this tender, insightful reflection. And I am sorry for your loss. May she rest in peace and rise in glory

Thank you for the quote from the late Pope Francis. How often we forget that God has loved us before we even know His or Her (Their) name, every moment prior to our meeting God, and every moment after. Nothing we have to do to earn it, and that’s the definition of Grace.
